Terms & Conditions
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all rentals from Kesh Rentals, based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. By booking or paying an invoice, the client agrees to these terms.
2. Equipment & Scope
Kesh Rentals provides sound systems, lighting, and related equipment (“the Equipment”) for temporary use within the Netherlands.
3. Rental Period
The rental period begins when the Equipment is handed over or delivered and ends when it is returned in full. Late returns are charged at an additional full-day rental rate.
4. Payment & Deposit
All rentals must be paid in full before collection or delivery. A €200 security deposit is required and will be refunded after the Equipment is returned and checked. Any repair or replacement costs for loss or damage may be deducted from the deposit.
5. Delivery & Pickup
Delivery and pickup can be arranged case-by-case. Fees depend on distance and logistics. When the client transports the Equipment, they assume full responsibility for safe transport and handling.
6. Use & Responsibility
Clients must use the Equipment properly and follow all operating guidelines. If Kesh Rentals staff handle setup or operation, their role is limited to that service only.
If the client operates the Equipment, they do so at their own risk and are responsible for any resulting damage, loss, or injury.
7. Damage, Loss, or Theft
Clients are responsible for the Equipment during the rental period, including while in transit, storage, or use.
Repair costs will be charged if feasible; otherwise, full replacement value applies. Theft or loss must be reported immediately.
8. Weather & Outdoor Use
Outdoor use is at the client’s risk. The client is liable for weather-related damage, even if the event is cancelled or interrupted. Generators and other outdoor gear must be kept dry and properly ventilated.
9. Liability
Kesh Rentals takes great care to provide reliable equipment, but is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as event cancellation, loss of revenue, or inconvenience) arising from equipment failure or delays.
10. Cancellations
Cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as early as possible — we aim to stay flexible and fair.
11. Return Condition & Inventory
All items listed in the agreed inventory (as confirmed by email) must be returned clean and in the same condition. Missing items or accessories may be charged at replacement value.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled in Amsterdam.
